The new designs (Type 2 Reverse) will begin appearing on these coins in midyear 2021. This listing is for the Type 1 Reverse which remains unchanged from prior years. These buyers obtain the uncirculated bullion coins from the Mint based on the current spot price of the metal plus a small premium. American Eagle Gold Bullion Coins are made in four denominations that contain one ounce, half-ounce, quarter-ounce and tenth-ounce of gold.
